"All rise for the Honorable Judge Scott"

Everyone in the court room slowly stood up as the Judge entered the room.

"Thank you" he stated. "You may all be seated."

Everyone sat down, but not before they shot a glance at the accused. The cursed eight were sitting there, blissfully unaware of the extent trouble they were in.

After going through all the proper names to document who was witnessing this procedure, Judge Scott slowly lowered his glasses to look at them.

"Sachi", he said with a certain disgust in his voice, "Rinoa, Feeling Lucky, Grat, Coolspot, Coops, Anthony, and Shadwell. I do hope you are aware of why you are here."

To this statement, Shadwell spit on the desk while Rinoa's eyes slowly teared up.

"We did nothing wrong!" claimed Sachi as he slowly stood up. "All we wanted to do was to give the people some more power! Some more hope! Some wealth!"

"You all started a rebellion among the people!" a women in the back yelled out before sitting down again.

"Order in the court. Let us not have anymore interruptions." He said as he pulled up his papers, "I wish I can charge you all with one single crime and have you locked up forever, but I do not make the laws I just follow them.

"You, Sachi, are charged with creating a 'tournament' where people fought for their lives, and for what? A card? A few points? How do you respond to this charge?"

"Not guilty", he replied as he store into the Judges eyes. "What happened after 'Ace' was not my fault...."

"And you Grat. These challenges you pose, explain to me exactly what do they entail?"

Grat looked up and around the court room, suddenly aware that all the attention was on him.

"I just wanted the people to challenge themselves, slowly building up their skills and gaining a prize in the process. Every week I give them a new set of tasks, and when they complete it, they win a certain amount of points. As well I also hold a small tournament twice a week in our chat room where players can receive a smaller point amount....."

"And you Feeling Lucky, continuing on with Sachi's example, you are holding your own tournament?"

Hoping he wouldn't of been called upon, Lucky stood up and glanced over at Sachi, who just nodded.

"Yes Sir, that is true. I give a number each round and the numbers on all five of the cards must total that number. Currently we are on round three. The winner of my tournament receives a semi rare card as well as some points....."

"Now just wait a minute!" Rinoa yelled as she interuppted her accomplice, "We all have done nothing wrong! Personally, all I have done is provided our winners of various tournaments and other activities with small badges! They are proud of their accomplishments! And now here you are punishing us!"

"The law is not for you to interpret Miss Rinoa. You are in enough trouble as it is. I have had enough of these interruptions. I will now read the charges."

Judge Scott stood up surveying them as they all glared back.

"Sachi, you are charged with holding illegal tournaments, and relaying information to the public. Lucky, the same charges apply. Rinoa, you are charged with creating these 'badges' and creating conflict between the people. Anthony for holding your own tournament involving the board game risk. Coolspot, Shadwell, and Coops you three are all accessories to these charges.

"And as for you Grat. Being the leader of this organization, you are being charged with all of their charges. I sentence you all to Exile. No longer will you all be allowed to hold tournaments, hand out cards and points, or create more interest in the TTA Community."
